We combine our new, fresh-baked Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Bagel with crisp bacon, fluffy eggs and shmear. This fresh-baked bagel is like a bowl of morning oatmeal done the Einstein Bros way! The bagel is made with maple, brown sugar, rolled oats, and raisins, and it’s topped with toasted rolled oats, streusel and brown sugar.
