Einstein Bros. has got something for the bros…and the people who love them.
Here’s the thing: 88% of men have never received flowers.* So we asked a simple question: if flowers are the default V-Day gift, what’s the equivalent for men?
Introducing, the Bro-quet. A bouquet of 13 heart bagels, that’s both decorative and delicious. It fills the room with that fresh-baked bagel aroma, offers a variety of flavors, and will actually be eaten. Which is kind of the whole point.
Though originally designed to be a gift for the bros, the Bro-quet has mass appeal. It’s the unexpected gift perfect for partners, friends, family members or colleagues. Treat all your peeps.
HOW TO MAKE A BRO-QUET
SUPPLIES:
From Einstein Bros. Bagels:
- Heart Baker’s Dozen (includes 13 heart bagels and box).
Pre-order from Einstein Bros. catering or swing by a bakery to pre-order for pickup on February 13th or 14th.
Pick up from craft store or big box retailer:
- 3 Foam Bricks (2.6 inch x 3.4 inch x 7.8 inch)
- 1 Circular Foam Disc (1.2 inch x 8.8 inch diameter)
- White Tissue Paper
- 13 Bamboo Treat Sticks (11.7 inch)
- 1 Cellophane Gift Basket Bag (30 inch x 28 inch)
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Clear Tape
STEPS:
- Gather your supplies from the list above.
- Place two foam bricks into the bottom of the Baker’s
Dozen Box. Then place the third foam brick centered on
top of the two at the base. Lastly, place the circular
foam disc on top of third brick. White tissue paper
should then be tucked in around the foam disc. Do not
put tissue paper over the foam disc as it will make it
difficult to puncture with the sticks. - Place bagels onto treat sticks, pushing pointed end
centered through the bagels from the bottom of the
heart to the top of the heart. Carefully push the bagel
sticks into the foam until all 13 have been added to the
bro-quet. - The bro-quet box can be placed into a cellophane gift
basket bag. Tie the ribbon around the cellophane at the
top of the bag to close it. Tape the extra cellophane at
the base tightly in back. Give to your Valenstein and
make their Valentine’s Day extra special.
